BISA, Blockchain Inter-Stellar Asset, is the exclusive, tokenized gateway to a professionally managed digital-asset trading fund led by Dr. Antoun Toubia, active in the markets since 2009.
Instead of paperwork and intermediaries, your participation lives on-chain as a BEP-20 token. Holding BISA is the only direct way to share in the fund's trading results. With a permanent cap of just 2,500,000 tokens and no minting, BISA is a scarce key, not an inflationary coin.
Whether you join early or after listing, the rule is simple: you cannot enter the fund without holding BISA.
100% of your capital is deployed straight into the fund. As an early-bird, you also receive an equal value of BISA at 1 USD per token, a 1:1 allocation that represents your position in your own wallet. Each seat begins at a minimum entry of $500, and seats are finite, capped at 2,500,000 tokens in total.
New members keep their full capital in the fund and must additionally buy BISA from the open market equal to at least 10% of that capital. Example: to allocate 100,000 USD, buy at least 10,000 USD of BISA on top.

BISA is not just a token, it is your capital in the fund, recorded and enforced by smart contract. Your seat lives in your wallet, and the rules are written in code.
Every position carries a 24-month commitment. This binds each member to the fund's long-term strategy and protects the pool from short-term churn.
If you sell your BISA on any exchange before the 2-year term ends, your position in the fund is forfeited, because the token IS the position.
Once the term completes you may realize profits, but you must keep at least 10% of your BISA in your wallet to retain your seat. Drop below 10% and the position is released.
Profit from every documented trade is distributed transparently and immediately, no lock-ups on your earnings, only on your position.
Only half of the pooled capital is actively traded at any time. The other half is held in reserve as a protective buffer, a deliberately conservative structure designed to safeguard members' capital.
